1. General Refund Terms
ThreadMeld offers customized products and services, which are generally non-refundable once production has started. However, we strive for customer satisfaction and may provide refunds in specific cases.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered in the following situations:
• Order Cancellation (Before Production):
• If you cancel before production starts, you may receive a full refund minus a processing fee.
• If production has begun, up to 25% of the deposit may be retained.
• Defective or Incorrect Items:
• If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos and order details).
• We will offer a replacement, correction, or partial/full refund depending on the issue.
• Shipping Delays (Third-Party Carriers):
• We are not responsible for third-party shipping delays but will assist in resolving issues.
• No refunds for delays caused by courier services unless insurance was purchased.
3. Non-Refundable Items
• Custom-made products that match the approved design.
• Products damaged due to misuse or external factors.
• Orders where the client provided incorrect details.
4. Refund Process
• Email contact@threadmeld.com with your order details and reason for refund.
• If approved, refunds will be issued within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
